Palacios ATA Martial Arts | Leadership Team

When a student shows interest and the desire to take their training to the next level they are invited to join the ATA Leadership program.

We stress valuable Leadership skills that focus on Goal-Setting, Belief, Honesty, Discipline, Communication skills, and Self esteem. Leadership Team students receive special training to develop these critical personal development and hi-level achievement skills.

Leadership students receive advanced instructions on techniques of training and are called upon to assist our Instructors in the delivery of classes.  We will teach students the skills necessary to be effective leaders and to have a positive influence over their peers rather than their peers having any influence over them. They will learn how to be prepared to do their absolute best at anything they pursue and to become positive examples for others to follow. 

Leadership Team students are eligible to compete for State, National and World Championship titles. These students are entered into Trainee Instructor (Adults) or Junior Trainee Instructor (Children) Program. The Junior Trainee Instructor (JTI) program is offered to our students ages 14 and younger.  The JTI program builds future leaders of America for a better tomorrow. The program was devised to allow children to prepare themselves for the Trainee Instructor Program.
